Corporate video “PRIME. Made by Passion”

The investor of PRIME Corporate Center decided to show the history of the object’s construction on Warsaw’s Wola District via a corporate video. In a way, the video is a case study of Golub GetHouse investment completed in 2016.

Architectural work on the building’s design, preparation of the offer, signing of the contract with the principal lessee – those are the main issues covered in detail by the video.

Our film crew shot material in the developer’s office and in PRIME office building, which had it’s official opening ceremony a few days later. The CEO of Golub GetHouse – Czarek Jarząbek – has been personally involved in the video.

The time-lapse captured during the construction of the building of Warsaw’s Wola district is shows the capabilities of the developer operating on the office building market and of engagements in carried out projects. One of the goals of the video from marketing perspective was to showcase the movie in the showroom of Golub GetHouse’s next investment.
