In 2015 Hines commissioned us the comprehensive study and project of an investment memorandum for two of its office investments: Sterling Business Centre in Łódź and Neptun Office Center in Gdańsk.
Printable versions of the compendia were created for both buildings.
The goal of the project was to create bilingual memorandums. Graphical projects taking into consideration sharing the knowledge about the investments in both Polish and English. Both memoranda included data about the buildings, their advantages, location, technical aspects, awards, lessees and the office markets of Łódź and Gdańsk.
