SkyConcept has developed the Eclipse CRM mobile application for the international advisory firm JLL. Advisers from the Industrial Department have been already using it for several days. The application, which has been created specifically for JLL, is a response to the industry-specific demands faced by real estate agents.

“The Eclipse system is based on the engine of our re+ CRM system, which has been created with the real estate industry in mind. It gathers, processes and gives access to information on both offers and clients. Its numerous additional functionalities, which have been tailored to the needs of the industry, enable comprehensive B2B customer service. Developing our mobile application was just another step on the path to improved collaboration,” says Tomasz Ogrodzki, Partner at SkyConcept.

The mobile application features extensive databases of contacts, companies, and properties. Thanks to the ability to quickly access all necessary information about real estate, it allows advisers to optimise working time and increase efficiency.

“The real estate industry is going through a digital transformation. The technologies used by developers, tenants and agencies are changing. In order to be one step ahead of the competition, JLL decided to start using Eclipse CRM, which has proven invaluable thanks to its ability to work at any location. Our Clients can rest assured that by getting in touch with JLL advisers, they will receive complete information about the situation in the market and the space available for sale and rent,” says Tomasz Olszewski, Head of Industrial CEE, JLL.

“The mobile application developed for JLL has a huge potential to improve the company’s client communications. Its agents have unlimited access to the entire Polish warehouse base – regardless of whether they are attending a meeting in the office or visiting a warehouse together with a client. The app is also equipped with a geolocation feature: agents do not have to type in their location, as it’s enough to turn on the phone’s GPS to see a list of properties situated within a few dozen kilometres,” says Michał Klimorowski, IT Manager, SkyConcept. He emphasises that thanks to the application, JLL’s consultants can create presentations and offers for the company’s clients from anywhere in the world. The Eclipse CRM application provides its users with automation solutions supporting many processes in the commercial real estate industry, which is extremely important from the point of view of customer service.
