VIVO! Shopping Centre | Video promotion
The Acteeum Group and Immofinanz are the investors of the largest commercial investment in Stalowa Wola, which was opened in November 2015. In order to fully show the scope of the investment project and its implementation, a video presentation of the VIVO! Shopping Centre was created.
An investment project by Immofinanz and Acteeum
The VIVO! Shopping Centre was opened in Stalowa Wola in November 2015. The investment is a project of Immofinanz Service Poland. The shopping centre has a total surface area of 100 thousand sqm, with more than 1/3 of the area designated for retail and service outlets. It is the largest investment of this type in the region. A partner of the project is the Acteeum Group, which, together with Immofinanz, commissioned the production of a video presenting the centre and the construction works to SkyConcept.
VIVO! frame by frame
The investment project was completed in just over a year. The entire construction process was recorded using time-lapse photography. The resulting footage became part of the promotional video. A camera set up with an adequate perspective recorded the successive stages of the construction of the shopping centre’s single-storey building. The time-lapse footage makes it possible to see the progress in the construction of the skeleton grid and the facade throughout individual months of 2014 and 2015, up to its completion.
Promoting the centre
The video produced for Immofinanza and the Acteeum Group presents information on all the space in the VIVO! Shopping Centre. The time-lapse shots were combined with frames from the building’s interior and exterior taken at the final stage of the construction works. Moreover, the video was supplemented with comments from Michael Deutsch, VIVO!’s Project Manager, and Tomasz Szewczyk, President of the Management Board at Acteeum Central Europe. The business partners can use this promotional material for many purposes: during corporate presentations, opening ceremonies or other events promoting the largest shopping centre in the region.
